§ 59. Mr. Scott-Hopkinsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will attend the next meeting of Ministers dealing with the common fisheries policy in order to bring these negotiations to a speedy and successful conclusion.
§ Mr. JuddMy right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Scotland will represent the United Kingdom at the next Fisheries Council, which will be held on 19 February. My right hon. Friend has no plans to attend himself.
