asked the Secretary of State for Wales whether he will now announce his decision as to the final lines of the Welshpool relief roads and bypass.

Draft line and side roads orders for this scheme are expected to be published in the autumn of this year. A final decision on the line of the new roads will not be taken until the views of the public on the proposals have been considered, if necessary after a public inquiry.
