I am informed by the chairman of the Health and Safety Commission, who also chairs the advisory committee on asbestos, that the committee is preparing its final report which it hopes to submit to the Health and Safety Commission and Ministers in the spring. I can confirm that, as my right hon. Friend told the House when announcing the setting up of the advisory committee—[Vol. 908, c. 1105], its final report will be published.
