  • Mr. Charles Quant—Journalist.
  • Mr. W. T. Matthews—Chartered Accountant.
  • Mr. Graham Saunders—Trade Union Official.
  • Miss Rhiannon Howell—Women's Institute Liaison Officer in Wales.
  • Mr. R. H. Davies—Managing Director of a Slate Quarry.
