§ Mr. Les HuckfieldMy Department is helping to maintain the United Kingdom's lead in this field by supporting product development in British companies, particularly through the software products scheme, and by encouraging the overseas marketing activities of the Computing Services Association. The activities of the NEB and its INSAC subsidiary complement the Department's efforts in this sector.
31WThe Government are also taking steps to ensure that the supply of skilled software personnel is not curtailed through a lack of training facilities.
