§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe lease commenced on1 September 1978, with rent payable from 1 December 1978. Approximately 20,000 sq ft are at present occupied by the Manpower Services Commission. The balance of approximately 21,000 sq ft will be occupied also by the Manpower Services Commission progressively over the next three months as ingoing services are completed. This Department is acting as the agent for the Manpower Services Commission, which meet all outgoings on this property.
