§ Mr. RaisonAll the available information, including statements made and evidence submitted about a person believed to be an illegal entrant, is very carefully assessed and investigations made, as appropriate, before a decision to remove him as an illegal entrant is taken. An appeal against the giving of directions to remove a person as an illegal entrant may be made from overseas, when the facts of the case are subject to review by an independent adjudicator.
