§ Dr. BoysonThe teaching of Esperanto in maintained schools and colleges is a matter for local education authorities and the educational institutions themselves. The use of the language outside the education system is not the responsibility of my Department. The question of recognition of resolution 8C(DR)116 by Her Majesty's Government does not arise.
