Earl FERRERSTwenty Royal Commission reports published between November 1964 and November 1979 have not been debated in the House of Commons. These figures exclude interim reports, where the Commission published a final report. They also exclude the reports of certain standing Royal Commissions: those on Ancient and Historical Monuments and Constructions of England: of Scotland; of Wales and Monmouthshire; the Fine Art Commission; the Fine Art Commission for Scotland; and Historical Manuscripts. The twenty reports not debated are:
