Which are the 18 reports of Royal Commissions published between November 1964 and November 1979 which have never been debated in the House of Commons and which of them, if any, have been debated in the House of Lords.

Twenty Royal Commission reports published between November 1964 and November 1979 have not been debated in the House of Commons. These figures exclude interim reports, where the Commission published a final report. They also exclude the reports of certain standing Royal Commissions: those on Ancient and Historical Monuments and Constructions of England: of Scotland; of Wales and Monmouthshire; the Fine Art Commission; the Fine Art Commission for Scotland; and Historical Manuscripts. The twenty reports not debated are:
