§ Mr. Bradfordasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if the constitutional talks involving political parties in Northern Ireland will proceed if all invited parties attend with the exception of the Social Democratic and Labour Party; and if he will accept an agreed formula for the return of a devolved Parliament should it emerge 66W from talks from which the Social Democratic and Labour Party had excluded itself.
§ Mr. Humphrey AtkinsThe eventualities described do not appear likely. My hope is that the conference will have the participation of all the invited parties, leading to a high level of agreement.
