Whether they have any plans to obtain special advice on the Palace of Westminster.

Yes. In view of his special knowledge and experience of the architecture, furnishing and history of the Palace of Westminster, my right honourable friend the Secretary of State for the Environment has now appointed Sir Robert Cooke as his special adviser on matters affecting the Palace of Westminster and parliamentary buildings for which my right honourable friend has responsibility.
