§ Mr. Guy BarnettNo direct support is given to the Leeds detoxification unit under the urban programme. However, support is given for the St. Ann's day shelter, run in conjunction with the unit. Grant under the urban programme is paid at a rate of 75 per cent. on some £41,000 per annum, which is the total approved running cost of the day shelter.
