asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he is satisfied with the existing statutory enforceable public health requirements, in the light of the current accumulation of rubbish resulting from industrial action.

There is no reason to alter the existing statutory provisions relating to the removal of house refuse and to street cleaning.
