§ Sir Anthony Meyerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if he will supply the hon. Member for Flint, West with a photostat copy of an official form bearing the signature of Mr. L. R. Heath of Bwythyn Gwyn, Ffordd Penrhwy Ya, Melidan, Prestatyn, asking for a decision by the Secretary of State on his categorisation;
(2) whether, having given a decision on the question referred to him by the national insurance tribunal at Colwyn Bay on 20 October 1977 regarding the categorisation of Mr. L. R. Heath of Bwythyn Gwyn, Ffordd Penrhwy Ya, Melidan, Prestatyn, he is now prepared to give a date when the tribunal will be reconvened; and whether he will ensure the three employees of his Department concerned in the categorisation will attend the meeting of the tribunal.
