§ Mr. Goodladasked the Secretary of State for Social Services how much has been allocated to (a) the Mersey regional health area and (b) the Cheshire area 900W health authority to meet the costs of administration in each of the years from 1974 to date; and what percentage of the total budget allocations this represents.
