asked the Secretary of State for Employment what has been the total number of working hours lost through industrial action during the periods February 1974 to January 1975 inclusive, February 1975 to January 1976 inclusive, February 1976 to January 1977 inclusive, February 1977 to January 1978 inclusive and February 1978 to January 1979 inclusive; and how many separate strikes have occurred during each of these same periods.
