Mr. Geoffrey Johnson Smithasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether, in view of the fact that the British Airports Authority, following its application to open a second terminal at Gatwick, now intends to submit two further applications for the development of an emergency runway and for roads and services, etc., he will call in these applications for consideration at a public inquiry into the second terminal.
