§ Mr. MoyleI understand that the social services and education departments of Kent county council have each approved grants in excess of £8,000 a year to the Pre-School Playgroups Association—PPA—and that considerable support and advice is given in other ways. PPA is among those voluntary bodies involved with the Kent social services and education departments in discussions on joint planning of services for children under five.
