§ Mr. Merlyn ReesComments on the Green Paper are still being received and the questions at issue are being analysed. Comments from many different sources inevitably contain a good deal of repetition, and it would hardly be practical to publish all of them. Some of the authors of papers have published their views, at least in substance. It might be practicable later to publish a summary.
