§ Mr. Youngerasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if, pursuant to his answer of 26 July, Official Report, column 751, he will give figures for total revenue expenditures of local authorities in Scotland for the latest available year 469W and also figures for the proportion of expenditures net from (a) grants, (b) rates, (c) charges and (d) other services.
