§ Mr. MillanI have had no discussions with the White Fish Authority but my Department, and that of my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, is in touch with the authority. My right hon. Friend the Minister of State, Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries and Food and my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Agriculture and Fisheries in Scotland met the Fishing Boatbuilders' Association on 22 March.
The Government intend to maintain their policy of making a reasonable level 476W total authorised establishment and the total deficiency.
