§ Mr. Cryerasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland who are the members of the De Lorean Research Partnership Ltd.
§ Mr. Concannon,pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 30 March 1979], gave the following answer:
This is a limited partnership formed under the laws of the State of Michigan in the USA, following the offer of limited partnership interests for sale to investors. The De Lorean Motor Company is the sole general partner and there are 134 limited partnership interests.
§ Mr. Cryerasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if the De Lorean Research Partnership Ltd. has covenanted 536W to supply either or both the Department of Commerce or the Northern Ireland Development Agency with copies of all detailed business plans and reports submitted to the board of directors.
§ Mr. Concannon,pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 30 March 1979], gave the following answer:
I refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave him on 19 March 1979.—[Vol. 964, c. 503.] The De Lorean Motor Company is the general partner in the De Lorean Research Limited Partnership and regular reports on the progress of the activities being pursued by the partnership are presented to the directors of the company, of whom two are the nominees of the Northern Ireland Development Agency.
