§ Mr. Barry JonesSo long as the Ministry of Agriculture computer-operating staff at Guildford continue to take industrial action it is unfortunately not possible for farmers generally to receive the grants and subsidies which are normally paid through that computer. But steps are being taken to ensure that payment will be made as quickly as possible when the industrial action is ended.
