§ Mr. Merlyn Rees:So far as legislation is concerned, I shall be pleased to consider any specific proposals that my hon. Friend may wish to put to me. I will arrange for the amendment of references to"bastardy"and"bastardy arrears"in future prison department reports where appropriate.
