§ Mr. Merlyn Rees:Yes. I have reappointed Sir Desmond Plummer as chairman for a further period of two years up to 31st January 1981. I appreciate the good work which Sir Desmond has done over the past five years and am grateful to him for having agreed to serve for a further period.
