§ Mr. Skinnerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment how much money will be lost by the Derbyshire county council in its operation of the Broadmeadows scheme taking into account the further costs arising from the latest planning consultants' report.
§ Mr. Guy Barnett:I am told that disposal of the Broadmeadows site by the Derbyshire county council is expected to recover at least the original capital investment. I assume that my hon. Friend is referring to the engineering survey recently commissioned by the Derbyshire county council, the implications of which for infrastructure costs have yet to be assessed.
