§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Prices and Consumer Protection when he expects to introduce a national tyre pressure gauge testing scheme, following the establishment in May 1977 of the departmental working party.
§ Mr. John Fraser:A management committee set up to administer the scheme has informed me that it should be possible to introduce the scheme which will be voluntary, in the spring of 1979.
