§ Mrs. Renée Shortasked the Attorney-General if he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions the circumstances in which material subject to the terms of the Official Secrets Act was supplied to Mr. Chapman Pincher by former members of MI5, with a view to prosecuting the latter for breaches of that Act.
§ The Attorney-General:I am studying the allegations made and will report my decision when I have completed my study.
