§ Mr. RowlandsI would refer my hon. Friend to the statement made by my right hon. and noble Friend in another place on 8th November. The Speech from the Throne on 27th October—a copy of which is available in the Library of the House—contained many proposals in accordance with the recommendations of the Royal Commission's report. The Bermuda Government have now agreed that a conference such as that recommended in the report should be held within the next few months.
