§ Mr. Clinton DavisFollowing discussions involving the chairmen of the British Airports Authority and the British Tourist Authority, my Home Office colleagues and myself, the Immigration Service and the British Airports Authority are considering ways in which the conditions at Heathrow and Gatwick might be improved. Efforts to minimise delays by the provision of more staff have been made and further measures are under consideration.
