§ Mr. Moateasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will give the basis for his parliamentary answer, Official Report, 5th April 1978, column 437, that there had been fewer complaints received with regard to the Swansea Driver and Vehicle Licensing Centre, in view of the fact that his parliamentary answer of 3rd May shows that representations from hon. Members rose from 774 in 1975 to 2,071 in 1977.
§ Mr. HoramMy answer of 5th April was based on the average weekly inquiries to the centre between January and October 1977—41,110 per week—compared with those received from November 1977 to March of this year—31,240 per week. 539W My answer of 3rd May dealt only with representations from hon. Members: on the same basis, the number of hon.
