§ Mr. ConcannonNo. There is no general rule governing the payment of fees or other emoluments to persons who are receiving salaries from public funds for670W full-time employment. Additional fees or emoluments would be payable only where the recipient carried out additional duties in his spare time whilst continuing to discharge his full-time employment. However, as individual circumstances can vary, each case is considered on its merits.
There are, of course, special arrangements governing public servants who are also members of the UDR or the Police Reserve.
