Mr. Arthur Latham

asked the Attorney-Genend (1) if he is satisfied with the way in which the Director of Public Prosecutions has discharged his duty as prosecuting authority in the case of Mr. Charles Lowe;

(2) if he will refer the case of Mr. Kieran McCormack to the Director of Public Prosecutions with a view to prosecution for complicity in the robbery of three loads of whisky in January 1973;

(3) if he will refer the case of Mr. Charles Lowe to the Director of Public Prosecutions with a view to prosecution for obtaining a Rolls-Royce by fraud, conspiracy to import cannabis, and credit and cheque frauds.
