§ Mr. Harold WalkerI believe that we still have insufficient experience of its operation in practice to justify our extending the application of Section 59 of the Employment Protection Act 1975, which came into operation less than a year ago. The Government will of course bear in mind the claim of community health councils to be brought within the scope of the provision.
