§ Mr. Ian Lloydasked the Minister for Overseas Development on what grounds of public policy she has decided to propose a general cancellation of loans made to Cambodia.
§ Mr. Ian Lloydasked the Minister for Overseas Development whether she will publish in the Official Report a detailed list of all loans and grants-in-aid, respectively, made to Cambodia—Kampuchea—indicating the dates the loan or grant was made, the repayments, if any, of principal, the rates of interest payable, the total sums repaid in interest and the dates on which the first default of interest or capital incurred in the case of each loan.
§ Mrs. HartI shall arrange this as soon as possible. The total outstanding on 31st December 1976 was £384,000.
§ Mr. Ian Lloydasked the Minister for Overseas Development whether any further loans or grants have been made to Cambodia subsequent to the date of the first default of either capital or interest payments on any existing loans.
