§ 38. Mr. Neubertasked the Secretary of State for Prices and Consumer Protection whether, in the interests of consumers, he is satisfied with the draft code of practice recommended by the Post Office to consumer bodies in relation to mail services.
§ Mr. John FraserI have seen the Post Office's draft of the code of practice which has been circulated by the Post Office Users' National Council to interested parties. In the light of the comments that it has received, the Council is now discussing the draft code with the Post Office, in consultation with the Office of Fair Trading and will be keeping me in close touch with developments.
