§ Mr. Carter,pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 19th June 1978; Vol. 952, c. 62], gave the following information:
I regret that this information is not readily available in the form requested; but all such grants and loans from the several Northern Ireland Departments are made on the understanding that the relevant statutory requirements, including those requiring the provision of adequate facilities for disabled people are complied with.
