§ Mr. Merlyn ReesExchequer grant is payable on the cost of police buildings, magistrates' courts, probation offices, probation hostels and bail hostels. It is the responsibility of the authorities concerned to incorporate suitable facilities in32W buildings which might be used by disabled persons but, if necessary, they are reminded of the need to make such provision when plans for building schemes are under examination by my Department.
