§ Mr. John GrantI am informed by the chairman of the Health and Safety Commission that the prohibition notice issued by the Health and Safety Executive on 4th April 1978 in respect of disposal of kepone applies only to Re-Chem International Ltd. at its premises in Pontypool. The notice will remain in force until a safe system of work has been established and agreed between the Health and Safety Executive and the firm.
