§ Mr. Clinton DavisI have had no recent discussions with British airlines and airport authorities about consumer representation. It is the duty of the Civil Aviation Authority to further the reasonable interests of users of air transport services and the Authority has established the Air Transport Users' Committee for this purpose. Before reaching its decisions, the British Airports Authority consults the appropriate airport consultative committee on matters affecting the operation and development of the airport concerned.
