§ Mr. Merlyn ReesIn accordance with normal practice, a short visit visa for Mr. B V. Rezun has been authorised. It has been made clear to him and to the Soviet authorities that it is entirely a matter for his son to decide whether to see him and that there can be no question of pressure being exerted by the British Government.
