Some useful progress has been made recently in the negotiations and we are keeping in touch with our allies on the timing of a meeting at Foreign Minister level. Such a meeting will be appropriate once it is clear that it could 911W contribute effectively to the early conclusion of a mutually satisfactory agreement.
