asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, further to the reply to the hon. Member for Richmond on 20th July, if he will arrange for the portable electronic traffic analyser to be opearted in the Kew Road in the Richmond constituency to control juggernaut lorries travelling at excessive speed.

The Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis informs me that he is making arrangements for equipment to be operated in Kew Road.
