§ Mr. Robert SheldonThere have already been published in the Treasury's economic progress report two articles which adequately outline the considerations underlying the Government's policy on pay for the coming pay round. The first was "Productivity and real earnings" in the December 1977 issue, and the second was "Money earnings and inflation" in the May 1978 issue.
