§ 38. Mr. Sproatasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what latest representations he has made to the Soviet authorities regarding breaches of Basket III of the Helsinki agreement.
§ Mr. LuardWithin the last two months the Government have on different occasions made private representations about matters covered by Basket III, including the freer movement of peoples, the reunification of families, the treatment of journalists, and the dissemination of information.
