asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if the Inland Revenue will pay a tax refund direct to the National Giro account of the taxpayer when the taxpayer concerned requests it and agrees to the National Giro receiving

If the average industrial worker is taken to be a married man with two children under eleven years of age who earns the average manual wage, the figures are approximately as follows:

the credit on his behalf for credit to his Giro account.
