§ Mr. MoyleI have now seen the reports on this case by the Liverpool city council and the Liverpool area health authority (teaching). I agree with the view expressed on all sides that an independent inquiry should be held. I am arranging for urgent discussions with the authorities concerned on how this should be conducted.
