§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisThe number of industrial printing staff at St. Stephen's Parliamentary Press exclusive of apprentices and learners as at 30th June 1978 was 450. There is no theoretical establishment, but the number of staff currently in post is significantly below that considered necessary to undertake the present work load. During the last 12 months from 30th June 1977 the net wastage rate was 12.6 per cent.
