§ Mr. Dodsworthasked the Minister for the Civil Service if he will publish the number by year of general legislative instruments not lapsed or revoked which were (a) made in accordance with the provisions of the Rules Publication Act 1893, (b) made prior to that rate, and (c) made under the Royal Prerogative which are included in official editions of delegated legislation.

MorrisWithin the categories mentioned the precise number of general legislative instruments which remain unrevoked, and have neither become spent nor lapsed on the repeal of the enabling enactment, is not known and 219W could not be ascertained without incurring disproportionate expense.
