Member is referring to the International Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee, an organ of the International Telecommunication Union.362W A number of United Kingdom firms with user interests are already members of this committee. I am not aware of any special arrangements being made by the United States in this field but if the hon. Member has any details, perhaps he will write to me.
